Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • E-books

  • Digital downloads

  • Printable products

  • Templates

  • Wallpapers

  • Guides

  • Digital bundles

  • Instant-access products

Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

Incorrect Email Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, please email support@thenikkilee.com within 5 minutes of placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the email before delivery is completed.

 

Print-on-Demand Products

For eligible print-on-demand items, refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • Minor color variations due to screen displays

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital products may result in restricted access to future purchases and services.
